Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances, including no-shows or same-day cancellations.

We do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction due to:

• Change of mind after the service

• Failure to follow aftercare instructions

• Arriving with unprepared hair or nails, which may limit service results
